Responsibilities:Innovation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.Innovation Process: Design and optimize efficient innovation processes, including idea generation, evaluation, development, and commercialization.Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creativity, risk-taking, and collaboration within the organization.Innovation Metrics: Track and analyze innovation performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., R&D, marketing, operations) to ensure effective integration of innovation initiatives.Management Consulting: Leverage expertise in other management consulting areas (e.g., strategy, operations, finance) to provide holistic solutions and drive business growth.
Primary Skill
sAdvanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field.Proven experience in innovation management consulting, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.Deep understanding of innovation frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in multiple industries/sectors is preferred.
